Are there really no other fees?
The only variable is call charges: the per-minute cost of the phone calls themselves. We pass these through at cost and itemise them on your invoice. No markup, no hidden fees.
What happens after I pay?
We send a short setup form (your services, hours, booking rules). We configure Nora and test her, usually within a day or two. You test-call her, then she goes live on your number.
Can I try her first?
Yes. The demo is free: Nora calls your own mobile and introduces herself as your receptionist, so you hear exactly what your callers would hear. Book a free demo.
Do I need new hardware or software?
No. Nora runs on our phone infrastructure. You keep your existing number by diverting it, or we give you a new one. Nothing to install.
